So the ring finger of my right hand is dry and cracked and all kinds of fucked up.

I'm pretty sure I have what's called contact dermatitis.

Which, specifically, means my skin is violently reacting to something with which it came in contact.

How do I treat it?

Avoid further contact with the original irritant.
