To properly prepare myself for Indy4, I watched Blade Runner and Alien.
My reasoning at the time:
because Harrison Ford, John Hurt, and Cate Blanchett are in Indy4
and Ford's in Blade Runner
which was directed by Ridley Scott
who also directed Alien
which stars John Hurt
who acts alongside Lieutenant "I Fucking Dominate Uber Alles" Ripley
who shares a name with the title of The Talented Mr. Ripley
which stars Cate Blanchett
who was in Lord of the Rings
with John Rhys-Davies and Ian Holm
the first of whom plays Sal in Indy1 and Indy3
the latter bleeds crazy robomilk in Alien
and plays the priest in the Fifth Element
which has a military General played by Guy Whose Name I Don't Know
who is the same Guy who plays Leon the Replicant in Blade Runner.
And that's what it's like inside my brain.
It's like an attention-deficit connectional hurricane.
I saw Indy 4 last night, and all I'm going to say is this:
One of the last lines in Indy 3 (Last Crusade) is, "We named the dog Indiana."
Shia LaBeouf's character calls himself "Mutt."
Lucas, sometimes you're a fucking genius.
And then other times you demand the showcase of computer-generated prairie dogs, which leads me to believe you're a wackjob who watches too much Meerkat Manor. So is Spielberg, for that matter, for not telling Lucas that computer-generated prairie dogs was pushing Indy4 into Batshit Crazy territory.

Yah, Bladerunner is awesome. One of the best move endings ever. Hell yah, I'm gonna watch it now that you brought it up.
It's definitely one of the best "I'm about to die so here's some philosophical crap about the human experience" monologues of all time.
I am totally with you on the way your brain works. Mine does the same.
Also, if you want to read my blog, not that there's anything spectacular on there, e-mail me.
My work discovered it. AGAIN. FUCK.
I wonder what I would do if my work discovered mine. Would they even care?
Ok, this is new way of looking at Six Degrees....
It's like living in a perpetual state of the Kevin Bacon game.
