The most infuriating part about wanting to "talk things out," and not via email or text message, is that most of the time, one person does not want to talk. So you have to wait for the conversation, and speak on their terms. You can never talk to them about it until they are ready. Being a person who operates under the issue of immediate resolve, this puts me in an uncomfortable situation. I must work on their terms.
Why can't people work on mine?
Having the conversation makes them uncomfortable. Waiting makes
me uncomfortable.
It's just unfair.
But fairness is an illusion, and exists only within the confines of self-perception.

are you reading my mind right now rassles?
Yeah, are you reading my mind?
I hate this. My fiance would rather snort razor blades than "talk it out."
To all: I am psychic, you know.
Some people don't like the confrontation, and some people are afraid of what they'll say. But if you're afraid of what you'll say, that means it's something that NEEDS TO BE SAID. I think, at least. I'm all for up-front-ness.
Ugh, I hate that too! My bff always wants to get together in person like a week after she tells me we need to talk, so that we can discuss it in person.
TALK TO ME NOT YOU DUMB BITCH!
DPH: I know, right? I'm all for in person...it's just, COME ON. Just say it. SAY IT. Fuck hurting someone's feelings. Talk about it. Yell. Just open it up.
